Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at White Lodging. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management and organization of the Front Office, providing exceptional guest service, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations
    • Lead and manage the Front Office team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor and control departmental expenses to achieve budgeted goals.
  • Guest Service
    • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
    • Respond to and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and develop Front Office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
    • Manage employee progressive discipline procedures and administer performance appraisals.
    • Ensure that all employees are treated fairly and equitably.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Extensive knowledge of Front Office operational procedures.
    • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze financial data and develop operating budgets.
