YOUR ROLE
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the Marketing team with the formulation of strategic marketing initiatives and communication assets.

This position involves collaborating with the marketing manager to design impactful marketing activities and tools, which encompass brand promotion, product advertising, and content creation in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Marketing Coordinator also engages in consumer and competitive analysis projects.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at fostering growth in both primary and adjacent markets.
2. Aid in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, which include print media, digital platforms, and social media, to achieve defined objectives and metrics.
3. Assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across various tactics, channels, audiences, and segments to enhance overall performance.
4. Analyze data from diverse sources to gain insights into audience behaviors and outcomes.
5. Review forecasts, plans, and references for channel-specific KPIs to support data interpretation and provide actionable recommendations.
6. Assist in competitor intelligence efforts to inform strategic decision-making.
7. Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and priorities effectively.

8. Ensure a premier customer experience during events such as trade shows and facility visits by overseeing communication content development and execution.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Two to four years of relevant professional experience.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
