Position Overview: We are seeking multiple Civil Engineers for various project roles, including but not limited to:

  • Project Civil Engineer - Water, Wastewater, Stormwater & Roadway Design
  • Project Civil Engineer - Wastewater Specialist
  • Project Civil Engineer - Municipal
  • Project Civil Engineer - General

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the thoroughness and precision of engineering designs.
  • Guide project teams, which may include engineers, drafters, and administrative staff, towards achieving project objectives.
  • Deliver technical expertise to projects, determining design strategies and reviewing outcomes for accuracy.
  • Adhere to regulatory and permitting standards.
  • Draft a variety of documents, including project reports, proposals, estimates, and permit applications.
  • Maintain project timelines and budgets, communicating any potential changes to the Project Manager.
  • Develop strategies to secure repeat business from existing clients while enhancing business development skills.
  • May act as a client relationship manager for select clients.
  • Possibility of serving as an Assistant Project Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in municipal engineering is required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License is essential.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and REVIT.
  • Comprehensive understanding of permitting and funding agency protocols.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Self-driven with a desire for professional growth.
  • A valid driver's license and insured vehicle are required.
