Key Responsibilities

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive engineering design for traffic analysis, signal sequencing, phasing, timing, and modeling.
  • Creating detailed engineering plans for traffic signals, intersection layouts, pavement markings, signage, and temporary traffic control measures.
  • Assisting in the development of contract documents, including technical specifications and cost estimates.
  • Leading technical initiatives on various traffic and transportation projects.
  • Collaborating effectively with design team members to ensure project success.
  • Maintaining organized documentation and project files.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Preferred completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, Synchro V.11.0, HCS Version 8.2, TransModeler Sidra V8.0, and Microsoft Office Suite.
