As a Civil Engineering Staff Specialist at CESO, you will play a crucial role in organizing and executing tasks for various civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting senior engineers in developing site designs and construction drawings, focusing on site layout, grading, stormwater management, roadway, and utility configurations using Civil 3D.
  • Conducting research on design criteria in accordance with project specifications and local regulations.
  • Performing calculations and analyses related to site design, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Documenting calculations thoroughly and accurately.
  • Evaluating design alternatives and compiling findings to create comprehensive civil engineering studies and reports.
  • Reviewing and revising technical drawings based on feedback and engineering markups.
  • Completing additional project-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Preferred: Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
