MRI Specialist II-IV Certified Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Specialist II-IV Certified to join our team at NYU Langone Health. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing medically prescribed MRI procedures of designated anatomical areas, under the general direction of the radiologist and supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI procedures with precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety.
- Operate MRI equipment, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement patient procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards.
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the MRI process.
- Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in MRI or related field.
- Intravenous Contrast Administration Certification in New York State.
- ARRT Primary Certification/Registration in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy.
- New York State License in Radiologic Technology.
