Job Summary

The Hotel Front Desk Representative is responsible for creating an engaging and CAREing environment for the hotel's internal and external guests.

The key to success in this position is to ensure total guest satisfaction by providing an efficient check-in and checkout experience, identifying and resolving guest-related problems, providing property and destination information, and proactively responding to the needs of our guests.

The Hotel's success depends on the establishment of long-lasting relationships with our guests, and the person selected for this position will be the foundation of this relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Process guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
  • Identify and resolve guest-related problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide property and destination information to guests
  • Proactively respond to the needs of our guests

Requirements

  • Prior hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends & holidays)
  • Excellent communication and hospitality skills a must
