Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at HEI Hotels and Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, and provide assistance with check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, and college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Certifications: Basic life support certification and any other certifications required by the hotel.
