Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at HEI Hotels and Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, and provide assistance with check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Hotel experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using a computer system.
  • Qualifications: Ability to stand and move throughout the front office, ability to adapt to changing situations, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
