Business Development Manager - National - Commercial Roofing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the achievement of revenue growth goals through acquisition and retention of regional and national strategic customers.
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to execute strategic and tactical sales plans.
  • Lead local and strategic sales efforts, collaborating with individual divisions to create lead flow, estimates, proposals, and profitable projects.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree required.
  • 5+ years in sales, preferably in a distributed service business.
  • Practical experience in generating process documentation and KPI reporting.

Working Conditions:

  • Regular business hours with additional hours required during certain periods.
  • Travel primarily local during the business day; some out-of-the-area and overnight travel expected.
