Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the achievement of revenue growth goals through acquisition and retention of regional and national strategic customers.
- Work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to execute strategic and tactical sales plans.
- Lead local and strategic sales efforts, collaborating with individual divisions to create lead flow, estimates, proposals, and profitable projects.
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree required.
- 5+ years in sales, preferably in a distributed service business.
- Practical experience in generating process documentation and KPI reporting.
Working Conditions:
- Regular business hours with additional hours required during certain periods.
- Travel primarily local during the business day; some out-of-the-area and overnight travel expected.
