Job Purpose

As a key member of the INCPG team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This will involve leveraging our comprehensive capabilities across our In-Store network to deliver tailored solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results through the closing of sales in the advertising landscape. They will be able to understand what generates a profitable sale within our company and prioritize accordingly the pursuit of these accounts.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow current and new customer sales.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision makers to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborate with internal resources to develop client-centric campaign options that address client needs and drive business results.
  4. Forecast and report on lead development to management, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and profitability needs.


Requirements


  1. Proven sales experience in a business-to-business environment, with a focus on delivering profitable sales results.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision makers.
  3. Ability to leverage data to develop tailored solutions for clients and drive business growth.
  4. Self-starter with a passion for new business development and account growth potential.
