  • Build strong relationships with Owners and General Contractors to enhance business opportunities.

  • Proactively seek out leads that can result in successful, negotiated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with the Operations Team.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager.
  • Project Initiation:
    • Oversee the transition from estimating to the project team, ensuring a clear understanding of scope and budget.
    • Review and authorize submittals.
    • File necessary notifications as required.
    • Participate in pre-construction meetings.
    • Coordinate access, keys, and parking arrangements.
    • If needed, meet with the Field Superintendent on-site to discuss project details.
    • Ensure the team comprehends the scope of work and possesses the required plans, specifications, and approved submittals.
    • Prepare and review job startup documentation (Materials & Equipment).
    • Manage any special requirements, including passes, travel, waste disposal, testing, subcontractors, and air monitoring consultants.
  • Field Operations:
    • Conduct weekly inspections of all assigned projects.
    • Review Daily Reports and Timesheets, submitting them to Payroll daily.
    • Address any issues that arise on the job site.
    • Ensure all projects are completed profitably within the estimated budget.
    • Meet or exceed original project completion timelines while maintaining budgetary constraints.
    • Accurately forecast costs and profits for each project.
    • Report progress to the Operations Manager during weekly Production Meetings.
    • Identify potential change order opportunities promptly.
    • Collaborate with the Field Superintendent to oversee quality control, safety, productivity, and other operational matters.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Work alongside the Contract Administrator to ensure accurate progress billing is submitted in a timely manner.
    • Review and verify that all project closeout documents are accurate and complete.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Familiarity with federal and state regulations.
  • Ability to obtain clearance for necessary access passes.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility in work hours is essential.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills:
    • Positive attitude.
    • Ability to work effectively as both a team member and a leader.
    • Professional appearance.
    • Strong written and oral communication abilities.

Salary Range: $72,000 - $80,000/year

Benefits: ESOP, 401k with matching, medical, dental, drug, vision, flexible spending, group life insurance, paid holidays, and vacation.
