Position Overview
We are looking for recent graduates in construction management for an entry-level salaried role that serves as a stepping stone to becoming a Project Manager. This position typically lasts 1-3 years, during which you will receive training and mentorship. Your growth will be assessed based on your dedication, ambition, knowledge, and attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and adhere to safety protocols
  • Organize and manage contract documents according to company standards
  • Assist in planning and scheduling using established software
  • Coordinate submittals to ensure quality control
  • Attend and document meetings, both on-site and off-site
  • Familiarize yourself with estimating standards and collaborate with estimators and project managers
  • Facilitate communication with owners, architects, and engineers as directed
  • Manage contracts and purchase orders
  • Support internal cost control and accounting processes
