We are currently seeking an experienced Ground-Up Commercial Construction Supervisor to become a vital part of our team. This role involves overseeing all onsite operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, managing project timelines, and budgets to guarantee the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction site activities.
  • Collaborate with Project Management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance.
  • Upload and manage project documentation using construction management software.
  • Facilitate jobsite meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Enforce strict safety regulations on site.
  • Coordinate building inspections and manage punch list items.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Stay informed about advancements in industry technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction.
  • Experience in Ground-Up Construction, especially within the Hospitality sector.
  • Proficient in using construction management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Valid CPR and OSHA30 certifications.
  • Possess a clean driving record.
