Role Overview
As a Strategic Partner Engagement Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to a selection of WalkMe's sales and delivery partners. Your primary goal will be to enhance the value of their offerings by integrating the WalkMe DAP into their service delivery. You will gain insights into your partners' market strategies, understand how digital adoption can enhance their value propositions, and empower them to provide solutions that maximize client benefits through WalkMe.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Partner leadership to promote collaboration and ongoing enhancement.
- Guide Partners through their certification processes to ensure they are well-equipped.
- Deliver practical training on processes for WalkMe delivery and client success.
- Oversee and support Partners during client engagements to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Track Partner performance metrics, including client satisfaction and implementation timelines.
- Manage potential risks and coordinate escalation of issues.
- Collaborate with global colleagues within the WalkMe Partner team to refine the Partner program.
- Stay informed about our product offerings and roadmap to effectively guide Partner service delivery strategies.

Qualifications for Success
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer advocacy and engagement within Enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, or post-sales relationship management, particularly with Fortune 100 companies.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of strategic customer or partner accounts.
- Proficiency in sales discovery methodologies, with the ability to articulate and analyze value propositions and return on investment.

Compensation
The starting on-target earnings (OTE) for this role range between $144,000 and $155,000, with actual base pay dependent on various factors including experience, skills, and market conditions. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits, and restricted stock units as part of our competitive total rewards package.
