About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Fraser. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide consultative support to business leaders in assigned areas on talent management, people-related best practices, employment law, and Fraser employee policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Analyze data to identify trends in performance and collaborate with leaders to evaluate the root cause.
  • Partner with leaders to improve the overall employee experience, drive sustainable growth, increase employee retention and engagement, and serve as a mentor to other HR team members.
  • Collaborate with HR team to provide accurate and timely response to questions and needs of employees.
  • Identify and discuss trends from turnover or exit interviews.
  • Listen and identify training needs and work with L&D for assigned areas.
  • Review annual performance evaluations for consistency, effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage unemployment insurance claims within assigned area.
Requirements
  • BA or BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
  • Critical, strategic, and analytical thinking skills with the ability to recognize problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification preferred.
  • Experience with database management preferred.
