Business Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Product Marketer to join our team at Meta. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market insights, influencing product strategies, and developing holistic go-to-market strategies to land and drive awareness and adoption of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Influence and shape product strategies and roadmap based on market insights and experience
- Lead development of target audiences, and positioning and narratives to support those audiences based on data and insights
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including positioning, activation, measurement, asset development and integrated planning with cross-functional partners
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product and go-to-market teams to drive awareness, adoption and retention of our solutions
- Independently navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence, align, and drive execution
- Effectively communicate up and across the organization
- Independently execute with agility to evolve with business needs
- 8+ years of professional experience in technology, strategy, consulting or marketing related discipline, with at least 2 years experience working in a product marketing or product management capacity (working with sales and or engineering leadership)
- BA/BS degree
- Communication and cross-functional leadership experience
- Analytical and problem solving experience
- Experience managing complex, fast-paced and data-driven projects
- Experience working with a variety of internal teams and stakeholders to understand and solve problems
- Experience in B2B go-to-market Marketing
- Master's Degree/ MBA
- Experience working on building technology products related to business messaging or advertising
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, with the experience to adapt, spot issues early, and escalate
$128,000/year to $186,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
