Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager, Lyft Business

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our B2B division, Lyft Business. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our B2B products, driving user adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Engineering, to inform product strategy and drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points, informing product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Design and implement effective sales training programs, equipping the Sales team to effectively pitch our products to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, using insights to inform strategies and maximize impact.
  • Act as a senior advisor and thought leader within the organization, providing strategic guidance on product, sales, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop clear, concise messaging and content that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement and conversion.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong background in B2B SaaS or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful go-to-market strategies, driving user growth, and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
