Job Title: Business Product Marketing Manager for GenAI Solutions

Meta is seeking an experienced Business Product Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our GenAI solutions. As a key member of our Business Messaging organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our GenAI products, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve how GenAI can unlock value for people and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for GenAI products, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve how GenAI can unlock value for people and businesses.
  • Lead the development of target audiences, positioning, and narratives to support those audiences based on data and insights.
  • Effectively communicate within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in technology, strategy, consulting, or marketing-related disciplines, with at least 2 years of experience working in a product marketing or product management capacity.
  • Track record of managing complex, fast-paced, and data-driven projects.
  • Experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives.
  • Experience synthesizing analysis and communicating concepts.
  • Experience working with a variety of internal teams and stakeholders to understand and solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
Compensation:

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
