Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager, Lyft Business

At Socotra, Inc., we're committed to creating innovative transportation solutions that improve people's lives. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and positioning of our B2B products, driving growth, and accelerating revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our B2B products, leveraging deep customer insights and market analysis to inform product development and positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Design and implement product marketing programs that drive user growth, engagement, and retention, with a focus on B2B2C product marketing and the business travel segment.
  • Develop clear and compelling messaging hierarchies and content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, using insights to inform strategies and maximize impact.
  • Act as a senior advisor and thought leader within the organization, providing strategic guidance on product, sales, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong background in B2B SaaS or similar industries within tech.
  • Experience working with diverse cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Engineering, Demand Generation, Marketing, and Sales Ops.
  • Deep understanding of B2B2C product marketing and the business travel segment, with a strong ability to simplify complex products and synthesize value for customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and share work with executive leadership and large internal audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights from varied data sources and guide strategies.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $139,000-$173,750.
  • Equity offering, bonus, and benefits package.
  • Hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in-office per week and flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
