What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, uncapped commissions, and equity. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for growing net new and existing customer revenue, selling into our top target accounts. You will own the complete and complex sales cycles, presenting to C-level executives the value of our product's outcomes, using a consultative approach.

You will become a trusted advisor to the C-suite in the Voluntary Carbon Market, collaborating with our Business Development Representatives and Marketing team to optimize our go-to-market strategy.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a track record of success in the B2B sales space. You should have a strong understanding of the Voluntary Carbon Market and a proven ability to communicate complex messages in simple ways.

You should be a tenacious hunter with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent communication and analytical skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and be able to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $120,000-150,000 base + Equity + Bonus + Package.
