Our MissionWe are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team in New York. Our objective is to expand our presence in North America, where the US is already our second-largest market in the world.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers and prospects, developing a strategy to create long-term partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing and handover to our Customer Success team.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Play a key role in customer retention, renewals, upselling, and customer satisfaction by devising a sound strategy and related action plans.
- Manage customer activity using CRM tools, such as HubSpot.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand and exceed client objectives and key performance metrics.
- 4-6 years of sales experience in a fast-growing tech scaleup.
- Strong background in business, strategy consulting, and/or private equity.
- Ambitious and driven, with a proven track record of converting net new business and quota over achievement.
- Strong executive presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a rigorous sales approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent English speaker, with the ability to speak French or Spanish an asset.
- Experience selling to C-levels in the Private Equity or Consulting fields an asset.
- A dynamic start-up with rapid growth, ambitious goals, and a strong team spirit.
- An excellent onboarding and training program.
- Competitive annual on-target earnings (OTE) between $100,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
