About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as the Senior Vice President, Americas Head of Financial Markets. This is a critical leadership position that requires a strong understanding of financial markets and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Financial Markets Valuation Control team for the Americas region, ensuring accurate and timely valuation of financial instruments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, product control, and internal audit.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of valuation control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with global asset class leads to ensure consistency of processes and controls across regions.
  • Represent the Americas region in global valuation control meetings and working groups.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in financial markets, with a strong understanding of valuation control and risk management.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
