The Senior Manager position holds a vital role within the Global Treasury Organization, leading the way in identifying and implementing efficiencies across the company's global Treasury Operations.

The Senior Manager, Global Treasury will take charge of the 13 week cash flow forecasting process and daily cash position tasks.

Responsibilities include overseeing the payment gateway process, FX Hedging process, Intercompany Loan and Netting activities, as well as participating in tasks like executing capital structure decisions, debt issuance, share repurchase, structured financing, and investments.

This role demands a strong financial acumen, developing leadership skills, experience with cross-functional interactions, and a readiness to collaborate with Accounting, AP/AR/Shared Services, FP&A, Tax, Internal Audit, and more.

The Senior Manager, Global Treasury will cultivate strategic alliances by offering proactive insights, analysis, and market intelligence to enhance global treasury operations processes, driving tangible results aligned with strategic goals and leading key cash management initiatives.

This position reports to the Global Treasury Director and is located in Dallas-Fort Worth Metro in Texas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contribute to special projects as required by the Principal Financial and Accounting Officer and Global Treasury Director.
  • Lead the 13-week cash flow forecasting process on a domestic and global scale.
  • Provide oversight for the daily and periodic activities of the Sr. Treasury Analyst and be capable of performing similar tasks.
  • Manage SAP Treasury module and enhancements, aiding the business in approvals and collaborating with the technical team.
  • Monitor the Netting process, Intercompany loans, and Hedging strategy.
  • Evaluate global banking needs and support business operations in utilizing bank services and reporting.
  • Assist with ABL credit facility program compliance and reporting.
  • Lead treasury payment solutions projects, collaborating with internal and external partners, and identifying key risks and alternatives.
  • Oversee the Global Funding process, managing global cash positions and liquidity. Review, approve, and/or execute banking, investment, and third-party trades.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand product initiatives affecting cash management, implementing process enhancements with relevant team members.
  • Develop reporting to track and measure against KPIs and generate ad hoc reports as requested by Treasury leadership.
  • Enhance day-to-day operations efficiency through automation and transformation initiatives.
  • Exemplify adherence to Treasury team expectations and guidelines, fulfilling team responsibilities, and demonstrating dedication through cooperation, collaboration, and flexibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics from an accredited university required, MBA, CPA, CTP, a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of prior corporate treasury experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Extensive experience in all Treasury operations aspects, particularly in a global fortune 500 public company setting.
  • Thorough understanding of global banking, Treasury services, and working capital management.
  • Proficiency in financial systems like SAP (or equivalent ERP), GTreasury (or similar TMS), FCCS, Coupa, and Workday.
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent workflows.
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal and expertise in Hedging strategies management.
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills, with at least 1 direct report.
  • Inquisitive nature and drive for personal and professional growth.
  • Above-average Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, along with expertise in data management tools.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Comfortable occasionally working extended hours and weekends to meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively across departments and management levels.
