About the Role

Morgan Latif is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Executive Vice President to lead our North American operations. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving organic growth and profitability across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive organic growth and EBITA within the North American market, ensuring alignment with global company objectives.
  • P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of the North American operations, managing P&L responsibilities to achieve financial targets and enhance profitability.
  • Cultural Development: Cultivate an entrepreneurial and teamwork-focused culture that empowers managers to lead their areas of expertise. Foster an environment of trust and collaboration, enabling employees to innovate and drive growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with department leaders to ensure processes are optimized for efficiency and scalability. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and cost effectiveness.
  • Sales and Market Expansion: Lead efforts in collaboration with the VP, Sales and VP, Business Development, to identify new opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention. Ensure revenue targets and market growth goals are achieved.
  • Talent Management: Work with HR to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Promote a high performance culture that aligns with the company's values and business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and customers to support regional growth initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and provide regular updates to the CEO and executive team on regional progress.
  • Compliance and Integrity: Ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Serve as a role model by incorporating the company's Core Values and Employee Value Proposition into daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of driving profitable growth and achieving P&L targets.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the veterinary medical technology industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and persuasive interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
