Position Summary: As the Executive Vice President - North America, you will spearhead strategic and operational initiatives across the region to drive organic growth and profitability. This role includes oversight of Operations, Sales, Human Resources, and Business Development, ensuring alignment with the company's global objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a vital member of the executive team, shaping the global strategic direction of the organization.   • Strategic Growth Leadership: Formulate and execute strategic plans to propel growth and profitability within the North American market, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
  • P&L Management: Supervise financial performance, managing profit and loss to meet targets and enhance profitability.
  • Cultural Development: Foster a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture that empowers teams to innovate and excel.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with department leaders to streamline processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Sales and Market Expansion: Direct initiatives to uncover new market opportunities, enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with Human Resources to attract, develop, and retain top talent, promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and customers.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and monitor key performance indicators to gauge success, providing regular updates to the CEO and executive team.
  • Compliance and Integrity: Ensure all activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, embodying the company's core values in daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role with a proven record of driving profitable growth and achieving P&L targets.
  • Experience in the MedTech industry is highly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of the North American market with a proven track record in successful market expansion.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
