About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the Senior Vice President of Multifamily Property Management position at DLP Capital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our multifamily portfolio, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Asset Preservation and Optimization: Oversee asset preservation and optimization efforts, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Resident Retention and Satisfaction: Champion resident retention programs, evaluating their effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • 12+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in multifamily property management, with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
