Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and financial success.

Your primary duties will include:

- Assigning tasks and supervising team performance in all Front Office functions, including guest check-in/check-out, lobby management, luggage assistance, and telephone services.
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Supporting team members in managing guest requests and complaints.
- Scheduling and assigning daily tasks, leading pre-shift meetings, and training team members.
- Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Adjusting staffing levels based on lobby traffic.
