YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated Aesthetic Reception Specialist to be the welcoming face of our newest clinic. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients from the moment they enter our facility.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a customer service expert with a passion for aesthetics. As the first point of contact, you will embody our brand values and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Your strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients will be essential. You possess a natural sales acumen, adept at identifying opportunities to enhance client experiences and drive service recommendations. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, retail beauty, or hospitality is highly valued.

  • Experience in medspa, aesthetic, beauty, or hospitality sectors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage front desk operations, including client check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Communicate Kalologie’s treatment offerings with enthusiasm and expertise
  • Accurately maintain client records and ensure data integrity
  • Minimize client wait times by efficiently managing schedules and keeping clients informed
  • Handle all forms of client communication, including calls, texts, and emails
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty
  • Assist with clinic maintenance and organization
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment
