Job Description

The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day financial and budget tasks, including tracking of all spends, invoice submissions, onboarding of vendors, monthly and quarterly closes/accruals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the financial and budget tasks, including tracking of all spends and invoice submissions.
  • Onboard vendors and troubleshoot problematic vendor onboarding issues.
  • Process, code, and submit invoices into SNAP, ensuring timely payment.
  • Review Ledger and tracker to identify and fix discrepancies or track down non-payments.
  • Help troubleshoot invoice processing and payment issues with the accounts payable team.
  • Work closely with Finance, Sr. Director, and VP of Creative Marketing to ensure accurate spends tracking.
  • Partner with the Project Management team to understand video and digital needs and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree (BA/BA) from an accredited college or university.
  • 1+ years of Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, or related experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience with SAP Accounting a plus.
  • Entertainment Industry experience preferred.
