You will collaborate with teams across Global Finance and Technology, actively contributing to our finance digital transformation from conception to execution.

This position will serve as the primary liaison for the Studios Group business line, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business unit leaders and team members regarding functional and data requirements, thereby integrating essential business inputs into the system design.

Moreover, NBCUniversal recognizes the necessity of adhering to standard practices, which will involve a degree of organizational change management across various business facets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic insights and expertise for next-generation ERP Finance Solutions, focusing on master data, implementation, and process design for the Studios Group.
  • Engage with Studios Group finance, S/4 Core Team, Business Units, System Integrator, and Operations & Technology to capture and analyze business processes, workflows, policies, and master data elements related to the existing ECC solution.
  • Translate the needs of the Studios Group into standardized business process designs for SAP S/4 solutions within the relevant NBCU Finance functions.
  • Convert reporting requirements from the Studios Group into master data designs for SAP S/4 solutions within the related NBCU Finance functions.
  • Participate in workshops and sessions focused on business process analysis, process re-engineering, global templates, and value chain analysis.
  • Build consensus among Studios Group stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of and agreement on S/4 core design principles while championing the proposed solutions.
  • Act as a change agent for the SAP S/4 transformation, assisting Business Unit Finance teams with change management initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years in the media industry, preferably within Studios Group areas, and at least 3 years of professional experience in an SAP ecosystem is preferred. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of SAP business processes (e.g., Accounts Payable, Record to Report, Order to Cash), agile project management principles, and a proven track record of timely project delivery.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain momentum and drive change. Experience in organizational change management, a solution-oriented mindset, and outstanding problem-solving capabilities within both functional and technical domains are required. The ability to represent NBCUniversal with third-party implementers in a collaborative manner is crucial, as is a comprehensive understanding of finance and data processes.

Work Arrangement:
This position is designated as hybrid, typically requiring in-office contributions for a minimum of three days per week.
