About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Earl Enterprises. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience and that our business operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has a positive experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure that we have what we need to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety codes and employment laws.
Requirements
  • Education: A minimum of a two-year associate's degree or a bachelor's degree from a four-year college is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and people development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of staff members. Basic knowledge of Word and Excel is also required.
