Young Douglas Farmers Insurance is seeking a friendly and committed individual to fill the role of Receptionist/Customer Service Representative. This position is vital in ensuring our clients receive the support they need while interacting with our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing phone communications.
Assist clients with policy modifications.
Collect necessary documentation from clients.
Address incoming claims inquiries and ensure follow-up.
Process requests for Evidence of Insurance.
Facilitate premium payments from clients.
Confirm client contact details during interactions and update records accordingly.
Ensure prompt response to incoming calls.
Return all messages in a timely manner.
Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Build strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
Provide ongoing assistance to insurance clients as required.
Respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales inquiries promptly.
Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Engage in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Manage client renewals.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated individual who can work independently.

Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage challenging situations with tact.
Resilience in the face of customer rejection.
Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
Insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Proactive approach with problem-solving abilities.
Critical thinking skills to make quick decisions.
