Regional Director of Sales

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and strategic sales initiatives across our local market sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales expansion strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Lead and coach a team of sales account executives to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals
  • Collaborate with sales and market teams to ensure a strong sales motion and effective go-to-market strategy
  • Directly manage and oversee sales and support teams to motivate, coach, train, and performance manage the team
  • Accurately forecast revenue and meet/exceed budgets and goals for new business, digital, automotive, NTR, and market share
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance
  • Expert knowledge of target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings across the local, national, and digital landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-Suite level
  • Thorough understanding of Nielsen, Miller Kaplan, Kantar, Marketron REV, Strata, Matrix, and other relevant resources
  • Extensive knowledge of sales and business acumen, advertising agencies, strong influence and negotiating skills
