Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Manager at Maggiano's Little Italy, you will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and growing our banquet and catering sales accounts. You will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with our chefs, event coordinators, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit new and past banquet and catering guests through prospecting and cold/warm calls
- Maintain and expand our customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key accounts and identifying new customer opportunities
- Effectively attempt to attain weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
- Adapt to frequent changes in systems and workload

Requirements:
- 2 years of full-service banquet experience and/or 1 year of catering sales experience
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word
