Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Additive Manufacturing Design Intern to join our team at STS Aviation Group. As an Additive Manufacturing Design Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our engineering team in the design and development of advanced equipment for Additive Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain 3D printing machines while adhering to internal ISO tracking and documentation procedures.
  • Communicate with clients and process files when orders are received.
  • Assist engineers in the design and development of Additive Manufacturing equipment.
  • Compile bills of materials and perform cost analysis on developed products.
  • Prepare user manuals and documentation for ISO 9001 processes.
  • Utilize mechanical skills and tools to support Additive Manufacturing operations.
  • Pursue an engineering degree or similar field of study.
