Responsibilities

The Account Manager's primary responsibility is to produce and lead, focusing on business development and sales performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating qualified job orders from top companies
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and client representatives
  • Delivering excellent sales performance by delivering qualified candidates to fulfill job requisitions

In order to achieve this, you will need to establish professional relationships with customers through lunch meetings and on-site visits, prospect new business opportunities, and negotiate agreements.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Outside Sales role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Action-oriented and process-driven approach
  • A high energy 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to build strong relationships and achieve results
