About the Role:

The Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare individuals for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. This comprehensive program combines hands-on training, mentorship, and leadership development to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this demanding yet rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee a million-dollar business, driving revenue growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Provide leadership and insight into store operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Sell to large, commercial users, leveraging your expertise and relationship-building skills to secure new business opportunities.
