Business Development Manager

JAN-PRO of OKC, a leading commercial cleaning company, seeks an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 2-5 years of outside business-to-business sales experience to generate revenue and drive growth in our region.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute plans to acquire new customers, including initiating sales processes and utilizing supplied and self-generated leads.
- Account Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales achievements and provide regular reports on sales performance.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales
- Bachelor's degree preferred
