Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform customer and sales activities to ensure company objectives are met.
  • Serve customers by selling L2 products/services and meeting customer needs.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies for assigned customer projects.
  • Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Maintain timely and effective communications with the Chief Revenue Officer and the Director of Manufacturing Services.
  • Research and report on competition.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Maintain a positive image for the company in the marketplace and participate in industry events.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation to ensure all client requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client communications, project milestones, and deliverables.
  • Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget, and profit goals for assigned customers.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and that any changes in scope or specifications are properly documented and communicated.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Business Management, or Aerospace or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Avionics Specific/Systems Training desired.
  • Must have 5+ years in account management or project management experience preferably with avionics specific familiarity.
  • Must understand, read, and write English and be proficient with different computer programs including CRM and MS Office.
