- Serve customers by selling L2 products/services and meeting customer needs.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies for assigned customer projects.
- Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Maintain timely and effective communications with the Chief Revenue Officer and the Director of Manufacturing Services.
- Research and report on competition.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Maintain a positive image for the company in the marketplace and participate in industry events.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation to ensure all client requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client communications, project milestones, and deliverables.
- Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget, and profit goals for assigned customers.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and that any changes in scope or specifications are properly documented and communicated.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Business Management, or Aerospace or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Avionics Specific/Systems Training desired.
- Must have 5+ years in account management or project management experience preferably with avionics specific familiarity.
- Must understand, read, and write English and be proficient with different computer programs including CRM and MS Office.
