We are seeking a highly motivated and business-savvy individual to fill the role of Associate Manager Trainee at Providential Marketing Inc. As a dynamic and fast-paced management firm, we are constantly innovating and pushing the boundaries of the promotions and brand management industry.

The Associate Manager Trainee will play a crucial role in building relationships with potential consumers by effectively communicating our clients' products and services. This role requires a strong foundation in sales and management tactics, as well as the ability to build a strong rapport with consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on client brand information and new sales strategies
  • Generate new and repeat sales through consumer leads
  • Provide high-caliber client and customer service with professionalism in written and verbal communications
  • Communicate daily with team members on progress and solutions needed for continuous success
  • Comply with company procedures and policies to maintain a trustworthy relationship within the firm, consumers, and clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, sales, and/or customer service
  • Prior experience in a management or assistant management role is an asset
  • Ability to think strategically and overcome obstacles through efficient problem-solving
