The Role
The Honest Company is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide essential support to key members of our executive team, including the Chief People Officer. This position involves a range of administrative and project coordination responsibilities, requiring a strong work ethic, initiative, integrity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage daily calendars and effectively resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Organize meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Monitor project progress and maintain task lists.
- Handle travel and expense reports, ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with general office administration and operational needs.
- Support various ad hoc projects as required.
- Facilitate HR functions to support the company’s growth.
- Aid in onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience.
- Provide HR administrative support, including benefits management and performance evaluations.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an executive assistant capacity.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making capabilities and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite as required.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
