Guest Services Representative

The Guest Services Agent is a critical role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for welcoming and registering guests, processing check-in and check-out, and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome to all guests.
- Process guest registrations, assignments, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other financial responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
