Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manages call intake and analysis for all incoming lines, adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Engages effectively with callers to fully comprehend their issues and utilizes relevant knowledge to evaluate and resolve their concerns.
  • Performs both database and manual inquiries as necessary to collect information pertinent to customer inquiries.
  • Accurately logs essential call details into the CRM system.
  • Delegates cases to the appropriate personnel for further follow-up and action.
  • Assists data analysts by executing entry-level data entry and analysis tasks as required.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience; or an associate degree with three years of relevant experience; or five years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Proven experience in addressing information requests and conducting database searches.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar content management systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent comprehension and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet call intake targets.
  • Experience in law enforcement or immigration is advantageous.
