Typical Responsibilities:
- Efficiently collect, filter, and organize customer and account data from various sources.
- Work closely with the Sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer support and address account-related issues.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to resolve customer pricing discrepancies during initial contact.
- Provide clear and effective support through various communication channels.
- Identify the nature of support needed and escalate issues to the right resources when necessary.
- Take responsibility for all interactions handled.
- Manage documentation and ensure accuracy in service contracts and pricing communications.
- Contribute to process enhancements for order management and reporting.
This role may be a great fit if you:
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in customer service.
- Hold a bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Have experience in the medical device field (preferred).
- Exhibit strong proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Can quickly absorb and apply new information.
- Are able to maintain productivity in a structured work environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to building strong relationships with the Sales team.
- Work effectively as part of a team, fostering positive interactions.
- Can manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have experience with document management systems (preferred).
- Are familiar with SAP and CRM systems (preferred).
