- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to function as an operator, solution architect, analyst, and product owner within the organizational ecosystem.
- Skilled in leveraging data and technology to assess current functionalities and propose enhancements.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities, with a focus on translating customer needs into actionable operational requirements.
- Flexibility to adapt work hours as necessary, including evenings and weekends.

- Familiarity with Ellie Mae's Encompass 360 and web portals.
- Experience with Optimal Blue integration.
