Customer Support Specialist

A prominent organization is in search of a Customer Service Representative to enhance their customer support team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with franchisees and owners.
- Ensure successful software deployments and rollouts through proactive communication.
- Conduct pre-rollout calls to confirm that franchisees have reviewed necessary training materials.
This role requires onsite presence for two days each week.

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, particularly in data analysis
- Able to collaborate effectively with Project Managers
