Customer Experience Coordinators are responsible for handling a significant volume of incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and texts, in a prompt manner. They identify client needs and provide information regarding service availability. Collaborating with service advisors, they investigate issues and offer solutions or alternatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, including calls, emails, and texts, efficiently. Identify client needs and provide information on service appointments.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to assist with client inquiries, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Respond promptly to online, phone, and live chat inquiries using established scripts and templates.
  • Engage in team and process training sessions, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, sales teams, and management.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work alongside brand managers to manage daily workloads within the service department regarding reservations.
  • Communicate with clients to ascertain their service needs.
  • Maintain customer contact information within the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide information on alternative transportation options.
  • Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekend rotations.
Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit at a computer for extended periods, use hands to operate a keyboard and telephone, and stand or walk as necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
