About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as VP of Call Center. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a diverse team of 100 in a call center nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 100 in a call center nationwide
  • Promote continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Reports to the COO
  • Promote a culture of change, innovation, and quality
  • Enhance remote technical support, network, operations, and support functions
  • Assist in improving customer experiences by utilizing data and metrics to meet SLAs
  • Manage budgets and KPIs to enhance profitability
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships with key departments
  • Create policies and procedures aligning with organizational goals
