Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated and skilled Certified Dietary Director to join our team. As a key member of our food and nutrition services department, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the operations of our food and nutrition services department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct the operations of the food and nutrition services department
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
  • Develop and implement effective food and nutrition services programs
  • Manage and supervise staff
  • Monitor and control food and nutrition services costs

Requirements:

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification in Minnesota
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Knowledge of food and nutrition services practices and procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret food and nutrition services cost reports and financial data
